CTR Bikes Theft & Damage

CTR Bikes offers a Guaranteed Bike Replacement Program for stolen and accident "totaled" bikes.

The fee for this program is $59 paid at time of your order.

The program is completely hassle-free — no paperwork or reports required.

To ensure replacement, keep your bike locked at all times with the lock we provide to a secure object, one bike per lock.

If the bike is stolen, or ‘totaled’ in an accident, call us at once, and we’ll send a replacement bike equivalent in value to your original purchase.

You can then re-enroll in the program to cover another possible incident.

If a bike is stolen while unlocked, locked with an incorrect lock, or left outside overnight locked or unlocked, we reserve the right to refuse replacement, or to substitute a different bike from the one originally ordered.
